Do I need a reservation?

Yes—we operate by reservation only. Book by phone, online, or email. Early booking is encouraged as seating is limited.

Is there a cancellation fee?

Yes. Free up to 7 days before; 30% from 6–3 days before; 50% from 2–1 days before; 100% on the day of your booking. Details are confirmed when you reserve.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, credit cards, and electronic money. For advance payment we also accept card, bank transfer, and PayPal.

Can I pay from overseas?

Yes—credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer are available. Please confirm details when you book.

May children join us?

Yes. We offer children’s menus and can accommodate weaning-stage meals and allergies—please mention this when you reserve.

Can you accommodate allergies?

Yes, with advance notice. Same-day changes may not be possible—please contact us before your visit.

Do you offer service in English?

Yes. Our team can assist in English, and English menus are available.

Is there a dress code?

No formal dress code, but very casual attire is discouraged. Smart or business-casual dress fits our setting.

May we take photographs?

Yes. Please avoid flash out of courtesy to other guests. You’re welcome to share on social media.

Outside cake or alcohol—and corkage

You may bring alcohol; corkage is ¥1,000 per guest. Cakes may be brought with prior notice—please ask when you book.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the restaurant, including private rooms.

Do you have private rooms?

We have four private rooms for 2–12 guests. Full buyouts may be possible—please inquire.

May we play music in a private room?

Yes, at a volume that respects other guests.

Is parking available?

Complimentary parking for about 20 vehicles on a gravel surface—please choose footwear accordingly.

Which stations are nearest?

Ichino-kawa and Aso stations. About 15 minutes on foot from Ichino-kawa, 20 minutes from Aso—taxis are also available.

How long does it take from Kumamoto Airport?

About 35 minutes by car—rental or taxi recommended. Airport buses to Aso Station take about one hour.
