Reservations at Meihodo

Meihodo plans to sell dedicated accommodation plans for the Kumamoto Reconstruction Support Discount on its official website. Once sales begin, please make a new reservation by selecting an eligible dedicated plan on the online booking page of our official website.

Details of the eligible plans and the date and time sales begin will be announced on our official website once preparations are complete.

※ We do not accept reservations by telephone.

※ We do not accept reservations by email either.

※ The Kumamoto Reconstruction Support Discount cannot be applied afterwards to a standard plan or to an existing reservation.

※ Please be sure to make a new reservation online, on an eligible dedicated plan, after sales begin.

Please read before booking

If you would like the Kumamoto Reconstruction Support Discount applied, you will need to make a new reservation after sales begin by selecting a dedicated Kumamoto Reconstruction Support Discount plan on the online booking page of Meihodo’s official website.

Reservations made on a standard plan are not eligible for the discount.

※ We do not accept reservations by telephone or email.

If you have already booked a standard plan or any other plan, that reservation cannot be changed to the Kumamoto Reconstruction Support Discount later, nor can the discount be added to it on its own.

Reservations completed before the eligible plans go on sale are, in principle, also not eligible for the discount.

If you would like to move an existing reservation to an eligible plan, you will need to cancel your current reservation first and then book the eligible plan again once it is on sale.

Please note, however, that we cannot guarantee that the same room and the same dates will still be available after your current reservation has been cancelled. Depending on occupancy and availability at that time, rebooking may not be possible.

The Kumamoto Reconstruction Support Discount is also expected to require the accommodation facility to complete an application and confirmation procedure after a reservation is made. The discount is confirmed only once that procedure is complete, so booking an eligible plan does not in itself mean the discount is final.

The budget is limited. Should the budget allocated to Meihodo be used up, we may have to close reservations even during the eligible period.

Once the discount has been confirmed, we will explain the final amount payable and how payment is settled, in accordance with the official rules of the program.
