空手 Karate Experience

Rooted in Okinawa—learn basics and kata while training body and mind.

Karate

This session emphasizes self-improvement, respect, and steady growth through fundamentals and kata—a hands-on introduction to Japan’s classical empty-handed art. Instructors support everyone from beginners to advanced students.

Karate is practised indoors in the martial arts hall, where armour and weapons are also on display — a good choice when the weather over Aso turns. You are welcome to book the experience by itself, without staying the night. Find more ways to spend a rainy day at Meihodo
