Kendo

In this class you train with shinai and bogu to develop both technique and mindset. Kendo forges body and spirit while cultivating respect and courtesy—hallmarks of Japan’s classical fencing. Experienced instructors guide fundamentals, footwork, and etiquette so you build a solid base for practice and discover harmony and resilience through a centuries-old path.
